about
I’m Anoushka, a designer, writer and educator based in London.
My practice sits at the intersection of words and image, imagining how they can work together to shape culture. While my work is pretty multidisciplinary, covering everything from writing op-eds to designing websites, the thread that runs through my practice is its ethos, which is concerned with identity, sociopolitics and culture.
I currently teach at Central Saint Martins, and have written for Elephant, AIGA Eye on Design, Creative Review, Creative Lives in Progress and Eye.
If you’d like to hire me for freelance work, please email me at anoushkakhandwala@gmail.com.
Note: Because I wear a lot of hats through my teaching, writing and design work, I receive a lot of emails. This means that sometimes things get missed, so if I don’t respond, feel free to send a follow-up to remind me!
