Represent!

In partnership with Ladies Wine Design London, I hosted a panel discussion consisting of five influential women of colour in the creative industry. These were Araki Koman, Kei Maye, Kaajal Modi, Marisa Jensen and Jade Tomlin. Taking place at ustwo in Shoreditch, the event sold out in a few hours and was warmly received by the audience. Some stated that they hadn’t been aware of the problems facing women of colour before the event, whilst others expressed their gratitude at hearing about the achievements of those they could relate to.

We Hate Pink x We Are Social

Rossella Forle, the founder of We Hate Pink, invited me to speak on a panel discussing the topic ‘The Glass Ceiling is Cracked But Not Yet Broken’.
Chaired by Jacqueline Willemsen, a Global Client partner at Twitter, the conversation ranged from hiring from a diverse applicant pool, to changing the culture of an agency in tandem with hiring a diverse range of people.
